Our Features
Preconfigured Code & Process
We provide you sample code you install on your own web server. Brandkeepr™ uses the referring site ID (referrer tag) to determine what website is referring the viewer to the virtual tour. You can create a profile setting to add an agent’s own website, their company website, etc., as well as display a list of default websites where Brandkeepr™ is employed. This creates ultimate flexibility and helps reduce the administrative burden of swapping out URLs on a broker’s or agent’s website.
Disclaimer: Brandkeepr™ currently does not work on links within a mobile app session (i.e., a non-broswer based session) because the referrer site is not passed with the clickthrough. It may also be blocked if a “noreferrer” tag is employed on the website where the user clicks the virtual tour link (however we have been successful in getting the largest portals to remove that tag as it also breaks all web traffic reporting such as Google analytics, so let us know and we can reach out to the website to try and get it removed). Finally, certain websites may not display the virtual tour links passed with the MLS feed. Please contact the website to request the tour links to be added to their listing pages.
