There is an initial fee to be a reseller and then the per tour fee.  If you have a significant customer base, please contact us to discuss the set-up fee.

We have many areas available throughout the US, and world.  Note that currently our system only supports English. We do have certain areas, mainly around the East Coast of the US, that are rather saturated, either with our direct service provider network and/or resellers.  Therefore, not all areas will automatically be approved as a reseller. We also want to ensure your success, along with ours, so we are selective in who we allow to be a reseller.  Things we look for:

1. Size of existing client base
2. Ability to produce quality photographs and floor plans
3. Number of years in business
4. Number of existing providers in our network in desired area

These are of course guidelines and a final determination is made based on discussion with you and your specific business opportunity.

We have a robust order management system where you can create tours, draw floor plans for listings and edit the photo and video sequence, transitions and more.  You or the agent can even use our flyer creator to customize flyers that match colors and branding.  You can see all of your tours in one account. Plus, your customers get their own account, branded with your logo and contact info.  You can also control some of the content and features they see.  For example, if you don't want to deal with the downloadable tour to CDs, you can disable it from showing.  You can also prevent clients from logging in and editing the tour, if desired. We are working on more enhancements and are always open to suggestions!

Yes!  In fact, we encourage it.  We do our own national marketing, such as attend various trade shows, SEO and more.  So if we get an order, we would love to have you service it.  We can also discuss pricing for your local market, based on specific parameters.

We have several options.

1. Upload a plan image you have and use as is for no additional fee.
2. Use our drawing tool to draw the plan online. You can also trace over background jpeg images of floor plans (like appraiser's sketches, marketing brochures)  A mobile app will be coming in 2015 to help onsite.
3. Upload a sketch or architectural plan, appraisers sketch or more and we can clean it up for you
4. You can even use our service network if desired.

Pricing varies by option.

We have a centralized Production operation that oversees all of the activities related to producing a tour.  While we have tools where you can do it yourself, you can also leverage our Production to do photo enhancment, such as:

1. Add blue skies to a cloudy day photo
2. Add a fire in the fireplace
3. Advanced Photoshop work like removing a trash can or other object in the photo view
4. Make brown grass green or virtual grass touch up
5. Faux night schemes
6. and more....

To make a photo enhancement request, just visit the tour upgrades link on Manage Tours and then look for the Photo Upgrades > Photo Enhancement option.  Then add details to what you want done. FloorPlan Clean-up.  We can also clean up your hand drawn sketches, appraiser sketches or other architectural type plan images you may get from the homeowner (and use with their permission).  Just select the FloorPlan Clean-up option when you create the tour.
