Complete this form so we can take your draft script and create a professional voice over to add to your selected video, including the base slideshow video, or any of our custom video options.  You can preview the available voices below and then write the script (or give us some bullet talking points so we can write it) on the form below.  Please allow up to 24 hrs for the first draft, Monday through Friday. This service is not available for the Rush option.

Initial price covers up to 2 minutes of generated audio.  Each additional minute is $25/minute. You can add the same voice over to multiple videos for $10/additional video (includes branded/unbranded versions)

We have 8 voice actors, or avatars, provided by WellSaidLabs.  Hear a sample of each avatar speaking the same marketing text, then make your selection of your desired avatar on the form below.  You can preview a complete sample video (our Matterport Walkthrough video upgrade) with Ava's voice here, which we think sounds pretty darn good and illustrates how voice can help convey additional information to sell your listing, and you!  If you change voices after the first draft there is an extra $25 fee.
