Get a complete virtual tour with all the floor plan tools and an editable Slideshow Video with YouTube starting at just $59 for up to 5000 sq ft. No monthly fees or contracts, just pay per tour. You can even add on a hosted Matterport scan via our account for just $30 extra.
If you are interested in leveraging Matterport and the 360 camera, here’s how to get started.
Leverage Matterport – Pro Camera or Theta 360s
We can convert your Matterport scan into an editable 2D/3D floor plan, complete with 3D Designer. We can also create an accurate plan (within 97%-98% accuracy) leveraging your 360 camera, the Matterport app and our process. Matterport does not sell floor plans with 360 scans, but we can make them!
You have two options:
1. Make us a collaborator in your Matterport account or
2. Leverage our Matterport account and we make 2D & 3D floor plans for the base tour fee. For an additional $30, we can host the Matterport tour in our account – No need to have a separate Matterport subscription – a savings of over $800 a year! Hosting is good for the active listing period (through Pending status), or 12 months, whichever comes first.
These options require a little set up, so please complete the form and we will get in touch with you.
Just create an account, place an order and select the FloorPlan Clean-up option. Finish the process and then upload your files and we will create the floor plan generally within 1-2 business days (it may be a little more delayed due to current issues). If you upload photos we can also place them onto the floor plan for you to enable the point & click 2D floor plan feature. If you have access to an appraisal, that exterior wall sketch is a great starting point. Just measure interior rooms and draw in the walls, and we will convert it into a 2D/3D floor plan.
