Phone: 206-384-4400, Option 2 for Sales | Option 3 for Customer Care.  If you need to send us a floor plan file, just use your phone to take a photo of the source file from 90 degrees with good lighting (use your phone flash) and just upload the image in our system for the tour. Each level should be a separate image. You can use our floor plan sketch pad to draw the plan yourself.  It is best to scan and upload the sketch as a file (PDF or jpeg) or take a photo vs faxing, when possible.
