With the 3D Walkthrough Tour, we visit the property and create professional real estate photography, scan the home using Matterport technology and put it all together in our virtual tour platform that includes an HD photo gallery, accurate 2D/3D floor plans, Matterport 3D viewer for the active listing period (or 12 months, whichever is shorter) and an editable slideshow video. You get everything to hold a virtual open house (see our recorded webinar on that topic).
Plus, with our HomeDiary integration, the buyer can claim the home and get a copy of the photos and floor plan tools in their own private HomeDiary account to use as a management tool, and the seller can also claim the home and get a copy as a keepsake, and they can then use HomeDiary on their new home as well.
