Where is the 3D WalkThrough Available?
We currently have the ability to create 3D WalkThroughs, powered by Matterport technology, in most of our markets. If you use our price calculator, you can type in a zip code and see what services are available for your market. If your market is not listed, shoot us an email so we can work an available provider in your area to procure a camera. The more requests we have in a market, the easier it will be to get a provider to pay the thousands of dollars for the camera. So we love office deals where the camera and service is provided to many agents.

How do I add FloorPlans to my Listings?
- Upload a plan image you have and use as is for no additional fee as a Subscriber.
- Use our drawing tool to draw the plan online. FREE for Subscribers! The tool allows you to upload a background image and trace over it. This is a great self service option as you can save a lot of money if you get a marketing brochure, the top view of a Matterport scan or an appraiser’s sketch and do it yourself.
- Upload a sketch or architectural plan, appraisers sketch or more and we can clean it up for you – just $30. We can also leverage your 360 camera and our Matterport account to create floor plans. Complete the form for more info if you are interested in this option.
- Select Full Service and we will send someone out to the property to draw the floor plan for you!

What are the costs?
We provide a 30 day evaluation period for Subscription plans – you can create tours without a credit card. If there are paid upgrades, like draw or clean up floor plans, you will need to add a card. If you become a subscriber, there is either the annual or monthly subscription fee. This allows you to create unlimited tours and unlocks many more features than the Pay Per Tour account, including ability to draw floorplans and use plan images, free tour renewals, and exclusive discounts off of full services. We also have other ways to add floor plans:
- Draw FloorPlans – FREE. Includes 3D views and renders and virtual staging tools
- FloorPlan Clean-up – upload your sketches, architectural plans or even appraiser sketches and we can clean it up to create a great marketing floor plan. Pricing is $30 for up to 5,000 sq ft!
- FloorPlan Creation – we visit the property and create the floor plan for you, onsite! see the price calculator in your account for pricing for your area.
- Photography Services – see the price calculator in your account for pricing for your area.
Why add a floor plan? First, it is the #1 content item deemed most important by buyers according to Zillow research. They are almost 2 times more important than viewing a property video! If you were prequalifying homes, wouldn’t you want to know where the kids would sleep or the bathroom layouts? Second, each tour is integrated with our homeowner tool called HomeDiary.com. Buyers and Sellers can use our Claim Home feature and get a copy of the listing photos and the 2D/3D floor plan tools put into their own private HomeDiary to use as a tool to manage their new home, or as a keepsake, compliments of you! More advanced HomeDiary tools coming for the buy and living side as well.
