Do you have a corporate account and want to get all agents under one main account? No problem, we support corporate and sub account set ups. So, you can have all agents, all tours under one account (or a series of office accounts) to manage tours and content from one convenient place. We can also set it to bill the main account for all tours and charges. This is great if you want to do a corporate deal for our subscription program and pay for all agents. We could also invoice the company for subscription and charge the agents for individual tour upgrades, if desired. Minimums apply here, so please contact sales if you are interested in this option.
If you have accounts already, just contact care and we can convert an existing account to a corporate account and then move other accounts underneath it. This is something we need to do…you can’t do that part. Otherwise, just use the sign-up link and create a new corporate account, and then contact us and we can help finish the set up.
It really makes account administration a lot easier…so give it a try!

I am really excited to announce some cool updates to the Single Property Website Tour. Click here to see a sample tour.
Updates include:
- Centering of the tour on any web page (it used to be left justified)
- Better fitting of the content to eliminate scrolling of the main content area
- Cool wrap around styling of the content section headers
- Ability to change the overall background color…so now you have two colors to showcase your brand and enhance the look of the tour. It makes the content really pop!
- Ability to upload a background image – this could be the image of the property, a view of the area, or a custom branding image featuring your logo. For now, the custom background image only shows on the branded tour.
You can make these changes on a tour by tour basis, or in your profile to have them apply to all future tours.
A little tip. If you use Google’s Chrome browser, you can install a free “color picker” tool that allows you to get the color code for any color on any web page. Click here for a list of programs you can install for free to get the color code. Once you have the code, go to Edit Details on the Manage Tours page for a tour, or Edit Profile, and put the color either in the background 1 or background 2 spot. You can also do this for text. For example, this green is the color code #878f55
It is really simple to do and is another way you can really showcase your brand. The next training session will go over some advanced tour customization tricks. Click here to register…it is FREE!

You can come back and edit them at any time. Plus, you can generate 2D and 3D images of the plans within your account on demand, just like this image!
Super Easy, Amazing Results
The drawing tool is easy to use and great for people that have their own person drawing plans (like an appraiser) or can get access to an appraisal from the seller or a marketing brochure. Just scan or take a photo of the source document and upload the image as a template for tracing the plan footprint. Then add in interior walls and features. Use it as a virtual staging tool by adding furniture, rugs, flooring types or even landscape details. Then generate a 3D image. You can even export a 3D model to use in Sketch-up or even get a 3D model printed, great for a closing gift.
Just $10 a Plan!
This feature is available as a $10 per tour upgrade for any subscriber to the FloorPlanOnline TourProducer Subscription program. If you are not a subscriber, you can convert by going to Edit Profile and selecting the Change Membership Plan button. Note, we do provide full service floor plan services for subscribers too…so if you do not have a plan sketch or do not want to deal with it, we can do it for you. Subscribers save $30 off the regular price for this full service option.
